With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to reclaim their health and well-being. As an Integrative Health Practitioner and Nutrition Specialist, my mission is to help others feel better and achieve their wellness goals.

My journey into the world of health and nutrition is deeply personal. Having faced my own health challenges, including infertility, breast implant illness (BII) which led to the removal of my implants, Celiac disease, weight gain, Hashimoto's and other autoimmune disorders. I understand firsthand the struggles that come with feeling unwell and not being confident in your skin. These experiences have not only shaped my approach to health but have fueled my passion for helping others navigate their own paths to wellness. As a busy mom and wife to a firefighter/ paramedic and contractor, I have to take care of my body to feel my best and be there for my family and also my clients. 

I believe that nutrition is a powerful tool for healing and also body transformation. It is my privilege to share my knowledge and expertise with clients, guiding them toward healthier lifestyles and improved quality of life. Heather has a long career spanning over 20 years in the medical field, she is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner holding a Master’s degree in Nursing from University of South Alabama. She is certified and trained in many anti-aging and longevity procedures including bioidentical hormone replacement, IV Ozone therapy, peptide therapy, human cells, IV therapy, and regenerative medicine. Heather brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to her patients. She is deeply committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to support individuals on their journey towards longevity and optimal health.
